FULL REGULATIONS OF THE INITIATIVE ARTEIN AWARD
Art. 1: PROMOTER
Still S.r.l. (Tax Code 03137110981), with registered office in Viale Monte Santo 4, Milan, registered with the Companies Register (REA: MI - 1946864) (hereinafter the “Promoter”).
Art. 2: NAME OF THE INITIATIVE
The initiative is entitled “ArteiN Award” (hereinafter also the “Initiative”).
Art. 3: AREA OF PROMOTION
The Initiative will take place within the national territory and will be communicated through offline and online promotional material, as well as through any other means that the Promoter considers appropriate to promote knowledge of the Initiative.
All promotional messages will be consistent with these Regulations.
Art. 4: ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
All individuals over 18 years of age, of Italian or foreign citizenship, resident or domiciled either in Italy or abroad, may participate in the Initiative (hereinafter the “Participants”).
Art. 5: PURPOSE
The Initiative is designed to offer artists a concrete platform for visibility, with the objective of promoting authentic artistic languages, artistic research, and technical quality.
Through a careful and transparent selection process, the Initiative aims to identify artistic personalities consistent with the Italian and international contemporary art landscape.
Art. 6: DURATION
The Initiative will take place from Thursday, 1 January 2026 (the date from which registration will be open) until 28 May 2026 (the date on which the Winner will be announced).
Art. 7: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
All Participants who register on the dedicated website during the Registration Period (from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026) will acquire the right to take part in the Initiative, under the terms described below.

During registration, the Participant must:

complete the appropriate application form;

upload their curriculum vitae;

upload a personal photo;

upload up to five (5) artworks, guaranteeing — fully aware of the legal consequences of false declarations — the authorship and originality of the submitted works.
The competition is open to the following disciplines: painting, sculpture, photography, installation, video art.
The Participant must also confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy as well as having read and accepted these Regulations.
Registration is considered complete upon receipt of payment of the participation fee of €150 including VAT.
Each Participant may register only once and using a single email address.
Any use of the same email address by different individuals will result in the cancellation of all registrations previously submitted using said email address from the list of Participants (hereinafter the “List” or “List of Participants”).
Art. 8: SELECTION AND JURY
The artworks will be evaluated by a jury composed of four industry experts possessing the necessary professionalism and expertise, appointed by the Promoter, and including curators, art historians, and professionals from the art market.
The jury will act independently, and its decisions shall be final. All decisions will be taken unanimously.
Art. 9: PROCEDURES OF THE INITIATIVE
All Participants who correctly register during the Registration Period in accordance with Art. 7 will automatically be included in the List of Participants and will acquire the right to participate in the Initiative.
At the end of the Registration Period, and no later than 31 March 2026, the Jury will carry out the first selection phase by identifying 100 (one hundred) Participants whose works are considered to be of particular artistic value.
The one hundred selected Participants will receive, within 48 hours from the date of voting, an email at the address provided during registration informing them of the positive outcome of the first selection.
Subsequently, and in any case no later than Monday, 4 May, the Jury will identify 10 (ten) Participants whose works are considered to be of particular artistic value.
The ten selected Participants will receive, within 48 hours from the date of voting, an email at the address provided during registration informing them of the positive outcome of the second selection.
The ten Participants selected in accordance with the above procedure will be invited to exhibit their works in a group exhibition organized by the Promoter at its premises in Monza, Via Dante Alighieri 12.
During this exhibition, the Winner of the ArteiN Award will be formally announced.
Any travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the Participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to produce a television feature and digital content dedicated to the finalists.
Art. 10: PRIZES
The Promoter undertakes, in favour of the Winner, to organize a solo exhibition at its premises in Monza, Via Dante Alighieri 12, and to guarantee media visibility on television and official social channels (Arte In TV channel, Arte In Magazine, and related digital platforms).
Any monetary prize may be determined at the sole discretion of the Jury and, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount of €5,000.
Art. 11: PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by Participants will be processed by the Promoter in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), for purposes connected with the execution, management, and organization of the Initiative, the awarding of prizes, and compliance with legal obligations.
The data will be stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case for no more than 10 years from the closing date of the Initiative, except where legal interruptions apply.
Providing personal data for the purposes connected to participation in the Initiative is not mandatory. However, refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for the Participant to take part.
The personal data provided will be processed by the Promoter as Data Controller and, where necessary, may be communicated to third parties acting as Controllers, Joint Controllers, or Processors for the purposes stated above.
Each data subject may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, including the right to request correction, updating, or deletion of their data, by submitting a written request to the Promoter at: galleryartein@gmail.com
Art. 12: LEGAL NOTICE
Participation in the Initiative implies the unconditional and full acceptance by the Participants of all the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations without limitation.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request from Participants any additional data necessary to verify the correctness of participation in accordance with these Regulations.
Any amendments made to the Regulations during the Initiative, while safeguarding acquired rights, will be communicated in advance to Participants using the same methods adopted for the publication of these Regulations.

The Initiative does not constitute a prize competition pursuant to Italian Presidential Decree 430/2001, as it is intended to promote culture and contemporary art without commercial purposes.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility in the event that communications to the winners and/or Participants are not delivered due to incorrect and/or outdated data provided by Participants, non-existent or incorrect email addresses, unavailable or blacklisted email accounts, full or disabled inboxes, unreachable servers, or spam filters.
In the event of incompatibility and/or failure to comply with these Regulations, the Winner will lose the right to the prize and will not be entitled to any compensation from the Promoter.
If it is found that the Winner has used fraudulent means or violated the normal operation of the Initiative, they will lose the right to the prize. In such case, the Promoter reserves the right to take all appropriate legal action, in accordance with applicable laws, to prevent and block any action intended to defraud or circumvent the system directly or indirectly.
