The journey of Vasyl Stasiuk , the first winner of the ArteiN Prize, continues within the ArteiN system.
In the live broadcast on Thursday 11 June on ArteiN Channel , Gabriele Bon presented some of the Ukrainian artist's works, bringing the search for the winner of the first edition of the Award to the television audience.
This is a significant step, as it confirms one of the project's central directions: creating a genuine connection between curatorial selection, the narrative of the work, the public, and the market.
Vasyl Stasiuk brings an intense vision to his painting, built on technique, memory, and narrative tension. His research combines academic solidity, personal imagination, and a strong ability to construct images destined to remain in the memory.
His works create a dialogue between rural everyday life, landscape, the human figure, and visually striking scenes. Painting becomes more than mere technical virtuosity, but a space in which the narrative takes shape through color, composition, and atmosphere.
The presentation on the ArteiN Channel represents the first concrete result after the announcement of the winner: the ArteiN Award does not simply recognize an artist, but works to include them in a broader system, made up of visibility, content, critical debate, and real opportunities for interaction with the public.
With this video, the ArteiN Prize confirms its role as a curatorial and selective platform: an observatory dedicated to artists, their research, and the relationship between their work, the public, and the art system.
